Polysplenia is present.
The pancreatic body and tail are absent with preservation of the pancreatic head. No inflammatory changes are seen around the remnant pancreas.
Both kidneys show normal size and position. Ill-defined hypoattenuating foci are seen of the right renal parenchyma. A few subcentimeter simple cortical cysts also are observed bilaterally. The renal pelvis and calyces show a normal configuration. The urinary drainage tract is unobstructed and delayed images show symmetrical contrast excretion into the renal pelvis with no filling defect.
The adrenal glands are unremarkable.
