Absent pancreatic body and tail with slightly bulky head in normal position, showing homogeneous enhancement.
Multiple spleens in the left upper quadrant; at least three in number.
The jejunal loops are located on the right side of the peritoneal cavity and the superior mesenteric vein (SMV) runs to the left of the superior mesenteric artery (SMA) (inverse relation).
Preduodenal portal vein. The common hepatic artery is replaced to the SMA.
Case Discussion
The imaging findings are compatible with dorsal pancreatic agenesis associated with polysplenia and bowel malrotation.
