Presentation

F / 14 yrs. Right wrist swelling on dorsal aspect - 2 yrs. P/H/O aspiration - 1 yr. Followed by recurrence.

Case Discussion

Lobulcated anchoiec cystic lesion with well-defined thin wall is noted on dorsal aspect of wrist. Neck of the lesion shows extension towards scapho-lunate joint. It extends distally and passes beneath externsor carpi radialis brevis tendon from ulnar to radial side. Then lesion splays externsor carpi radialis brevis and longus tendon.

 Distal - bulbous part of lesion overlies 2nd metacarpal.
