Complex knee injury with internal derangement.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
mri

A displaced tear of the lateral meniscus, in which the avulsed posterior horn is flipped towards the anterior compartment. This patient also had an ACL tear and a medial posterior horn meniscal injury.
