There is Double aortic arch with codominant subtype. The right subclavian artery originates from the right aortic arch and the left subclavian artery from the left aortic arch. It forms a vascular ring surrounding the trachea and esophagus, compressing the esophageal lumen. The double aortic arch unites posteriorly and forms the descending aorta

Lung window shows areas of ground-glass opacities of peripheral distribution in the left upper and lower lobes.
