Inspiratory stridor.

Age: 2 years
Gender: Male

Double aortic arch with dominant right arch, and hypoplastic left arch, forming a vascular ring surrounding the trachea and esophagus, reducing the tracheal as well as the esophageal lumen with four vessel sign. The double aortic arch unites posteriorly and forms the descending aorta.
