Patient with an ampullary lesion demonstrating marked dilatation of both the common bile duct (CBD) and pancreatic duct - the so-called double duct sign.

Case Discussion

Unfortunately, the final diagnosis is not available in this instance. It nonetheless is a good demonstration of the double duct sign.
