Gallbladder is not seen due to prior cholecystectomy.
Dilatation of intra and extrahepatic bile ducts, together with the pancreatic duct, are seen. No evidence of obstructive bile stone or ampullary mass.

Typical findings of double duct sign, which refers to the simultaneous dilatation of the common bile and pancreatic ducts. The two most common causes of the double duct sign are carcinoma of the head of the pancreas and ampullary tumors, although occasionally an impacted gallstone with associated edema in the distal duct can also result in obstruction of the pancreatic duct.
