- double outlet right ventricle (aorta and main pulmonary trunk arise from the right ventricle)
- large atrial septal defect
- small ventricular septal defect
- dilated right atrium and right ventricle
- hypolastic left ventricle
- atelectatic changes in both lower lobes of the lungs

Double outlet right ventricle (DORV) refers to a cardiac anomaly that involves the right ventricular outflow tract in which both of the great arteries arise entirely or predominantly from the right ventricle.
