Pain in right iliac fossa.

Incidentally seen multiple soft tissue dense calcifications mainly related to the anterior abdominal wall and both lower limbs.

A right vesicoureteric junction calculus is seen causing mild right hydroureteronephrosis, explaining the patient's presentation.

Case Discussion

Dracunculiasis (also known as guinea worm disease) is a potentially disabling infection caused by the parasite Dracunculus medinensis. Though the prevalence of the disease is on the fall, incidental cases are seen in the elderly of endemic areas, as in this case from Pakistan.
