x-ray

Anterior dislocation of the distal ulnar with respect to the DRUJ.

ct

The distal ulnar ulnar is anteriorly dislocation from the DRUJ, impacted on the anterior corner of the ulnar notch of the distal radius. There is a slight increase in sclerosis in the ulnar abutting the radius representing some compression of the trabeculae.

Case Discussion

In DRUJ dislocation, it is more typical for posterior displacement of the distal ulnar rather than anterior displacement, as in this case.
