Umbilical clip confirms neonatal period. NG tube has passed into the stomach. Large gas-filled viscus in the upper abdomen. Given the history, this almost certainly represents duodenal atresia. No vertebral abnormality.
Duodenal atresia was confirmed operatively and fixed. There was no other abnormality.
