33 weeks, 24 hours old. ?liver cyst seen on AN scans. Polyhydramnios in pregnancy. Ongoing bilious aspirates, vomits since feeds incremented up. ?abdominal pathology

Nasogastric tube tip within stomach. Stomach, pyloric canal and duodenum are outlined by gas with no gas distally. Appearances are of a double bubble sign.
Case Discussion
The patient was found to have duodenal atresia at surgery.
Differential includes:
- malrotation with volvulus,
- duodenal web
- annular pancreas
- Ladd's band
However, these would usually demonstrate some distal gas.
