Presentation

33 weeks, 24 hours old. ?liver cyst seen on AN scans. Polyhydramnios in pregnancy. Ongoing bilious aspirates, vomits since feeds incremented up. ?abdominal pathology

Age: 1 day; born at 33/40
Gender: Male
x-ray

Nasogastric tube tip within stomach. Stomach, pyloric canal and duodenum are outlined by gas with no gas distally. Appearances are of a double bubble sign.
