CT perfomed on pregnant patient probably, in view of recurrent pain, and decision must have been taken after a long counseling and contemplation, as sonography was inconclusive.

CT scan of the abdomen of a pregnant woman was performed to rule out appendicitis. Duodenal atresia incidentally noted in the fetus.
