There is an out-pouching located along the medial wall of the second part of the duodenum.

Sliding hiatus hernia.

Case Discussion

Duodenal diverticula are out-pouchings from the duodenal wall and can be found at any point in the duodenum although are by far most commonly located along the medial wall of the second or third part of the duodenum. This is an incidental finding on this upper GI fluoroscopic study.
