Presentation
The patient initially presented with anemia. Upper endoscopy was performed which found a pedunculated polyp in the duodenum. This study was requested for further evaluation.
Patient Data
Images from a double contrast duodenal enteroclysis (note the post pyloric enteric tube on the first two images).
On the first six images -- the double contrast portion of the exam -- the polyp is partly lying in a small barium pool with the stalk partially visible. The margins of the polyp are etched with the barium.
The last image is essentially a single contrast image and the polyp presents as filling defect in the barium pool.

Case Discussion
This case shows a polyp on a duodenal enteroclysis, now an uncommonly performed type of gastrointestinal barium study.
This polyp turned out to be a duodenal hamartoma with focal gastric foveolar metaplasia; negative
for dysplasia.
