4 cm duodenal lipoma acting as a lead point for intussusception. A smaller one is seen distally within a loop of small bowel.

Case Discussion
Gastrointestinal lipomas are uncommon benign tumors rarely localized in the duodenum. They are usually asymptomatic but can present acutely with gastrointestinal bleeding, intussusception, and intestinal obstruction.
