Perforation of 1st part of duodenum with oral contrast pooling into a localized collection along the left lobe of liver.
Pyloric thickening also noted.

Perforation of 1st part of duodenum was confirmed on endoscopy. No growth was visualized in pyloric region. The pyloric thickening seen on CT was due to edema in the wall.
Patient was taken for laparotomy, duodenal perforation was sealed with omental patch.
