Supine view barium meal showing typical windsock sign - the pathognomonic radiographic appearance of an intraluminal duodenal diverticulum, showing as a barium-filled sac with surrounding radiolucent margin. In this case, the finding of diverticulum was incidental with no significant duodenal obstruction.
Case Discussion
Intraluminal duodenal diverticulum is an uncommon congenital abnormality. Patients may become symptomatic in the third to fourth decade of life and may present with epigastric pain and abdominal discomfort.
