Right hydronephrosis with two separate pelvicalyceal systems. Two ureters in the upper and mid-third of their course. Two ureters join and form a single lower third ureter with a small calculus at the vesicoureteric junction. Twinkle artifact due to the VUJ calculus.
Normal left kidney, prostate, and urinary bladder.
Case Discussion
The right incomplete duplex collecting system is easily appreciated due to the right VUJ calculus.
