Micturating cystourethrogram (MCU) demonstrating a right-sided non-functioning obstructed upper pole moiety of a duplex collecting system with a ureterocoele resulting in reflux into the lower pole moiety. The obstructed upper pole displaces the lower pole inferiorly giving it a drooping lily appearance.
