The CT scan images demonstrate a duplication of the left internal jugular vein extending cranially from the level the inferior margin of the clavicle up to C5 level.
Skull base and cervical spine are unremarkable

Duplication of the internal jugular vein is considered a rare vascular anomaly and should be mentioned on the radiological report to avoid complications during interventional procedures or surgery in the neck region 1,2.
