Presentation

Swelling of the palmar aspect of left hand causing pain and limiting gym activity.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Hypoechoic, non-vascular, fusiform lesions of the subcutaneous tissue superficial to the flexor tendons in keeping with a fibromatosis. The lesions do not follow the movements of the flexor tendons.
