Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

Evidence of high parietal left-sided parasagittal serpiginous vascular structures extending to the superior sagittal sinus suggestive of possible dural arterial venous malformation.

Case Discussion

The 35-year-old male patient with a history T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma with NK cells with an incidentally noted dural arteriovenous malformation and was stable for the past eight years.

Arteriovenous malformations are high flow shunts between the arterial and venous systems without an intervening capillary bed. These lesions are subdivided into the classic arteriovenous malformation and the arteriovenous fistulas. Digital subtraction angiography remains the gold standard for diagnosing these anomalies.
