Incidental finding in a patient with suspected TIA.

Age: 65
Gender: Female

Calcifications of the convexity, parafalcine and tentorial dura mater without signs of hemorrhage or a meningeal neoplasm.

Case Discussion

Extensive dural calcifications have occasionally been described in recurrent subdural hemorrhage, secondary and tertiary hyperparathyroidism and the Gorlin-Goltz syndrome.
