Case Discussion

Calcifications along the dura mater of the cranial vault which are arranged into sheets that resemble a "stoned" usually accidentally discovered in the cephalic cuts of a CT scan, lining both sides of the upper longitudinal venous sinus. Some are as large conglomerates that are often confused with meningiomas. It is a completely normal finding and should not lead to misinterpretations.
