Hemorrhagic infract is seen in the involving right temporo-occipital cortical-subcortical region.
Thin hemorrhagic stripe is seen in the adjacent right temporo-parietal region.
Non-visualization to only faint visualization of flow signal in the right transverse, sigmoid venous sinuses and visualized right internal jugular vein, may represents venous sinus thrombosis.
Case Discussion
Dural venous sinus thrombosis in the right transverse and sigmoid venous sinuses with hemorrhagic venous infarct.
