Increased density is seen along the superior sagittal sinus, straight sinus and extends along the right transverse and sigmoid sinuses. No cerebral parenchymal significant changes or bleeding.

CT venogram confirms extensive venous thrombosis as shown on the non-contrast CT.
Case Discussion
Dural venous sinus thrombosis is diagnosed on CT venogram. Non-contrast CT of the head is the initial radiological investigation and appears as a hyperdensity.
