Absence of normal flow void of the right transverse & sigmoid sinuses,
High signal (clot) in the right transverse & sigmoid sinuses on T1, T2 & FLAIR WI., it also shows restricted diffusion.
Abnormal fluid signal in the right mastoid air cells and middle ear cleft. (otomastoiditis)
No evidence of cerebral infarction.

Absent signal of the right transverse and sigmoid sinuses.

Dural sinus occlusive disease (DSOD) is an infective form of dural sinus thrombosis(thrombophlebitis) commonly seen in the setting of acute otomastoiditis.
