Direct trauma to the pelvis.

Comminuted fracture of the right iliac wing.

CT scan of the pelvis demonstrates right iliac wing comminuted fracture that involves the ASIS. There is no extension into the acetabulum or sacroiliac joint are not involved.

Soft tissue hematomas involving the right iliopsoas, gluteal muscles and subcutaneous gluteal region also laceration of the superior part of the gluteus medius muscle.

The right kidney is low lying with a simple cyst and a small perinephric collection/hematoma along the inferior pole.
