Atrophy of the right cerebral hemisphere with fronto-parietal cystic encephalomalacia and ex-vacuo dilatation of the right lateral ventricle.
Case Discussion
Findings are in keeping with Dyke-Davidoff-Masson syndrome (hemispheric infarction) with right cerebral hemiatrophy and fronto-parietal encephalomalacia, likely due to in-utero vascular insult.
