Left cerebral hemiatrophy seen with volume loss and ipsilateral traction of the cerebrum.
Surrounding calvarial thickening, most evident along the posterior parietal and occipital bone.
Hyperaerated sphenoid sinuses are also noted.
Case Discussion
Patient presented to the ER due to ground level fall as evidenced by soft tissue swelling with subgaleal hematoma in the left frontal scalp region.
Intracranial findings were purely incidental.
