Dynamic hip screw without sliding

No fracture, malalignment or acute joint abnormality. Old healed fractures of the left superior and inferior pubic ramus. Previous internal fixation of the left hip femoral neck with a dynamic hip screw and derotational screw.
Case Discussion
This DHS does not show any lag screw sliding, indicating the fracture healed without the need for excessive compression produced by weight bearing.
