Right anterior temporal lobe cortically based lesion, involving the hippocampus, which exhibits hyper intense T2 signal with bubbly appearance and partially suppressed on FLAIR images. No restrictive pattern on DWI.

No surrounding edema nor significant mass effect.

No associated focal cortical dysplasia.
