Gender: Male

Prominent bony remodelling of the inner table of the skull. 

Modality: MRI

Large cortical mass with markedly increased T2 signal and associated overlying bony remodelling. It is low on T1 with no enhancement. Features suggest the diagnosis of a DNET.

Intraoperative images demonstrating abnormal cortex and remodelling of the skull vault.
