A multicystic partially solid lesion is seen in the left mesial temporal lobe, which involves the cortex, without evidence of edema. It has a characteristic 'bubbly' appearance.
Case Discussion
Although this case has not been proven histologically, the bubbly appearance and location are classical for a dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor (DNET).
