A high T2 signal lesion straddles the left superior frontal gyrus. It has central very high T2 signal components which suppress on FLAIR, with a rim of FLAIR bright signal. There is little if any enhancement but some signal loss presumably from calcification.
These are fairly characteristic appearances of a DNET, which was subsequently proven on histology.
