Recurrent throat pain in the form of foreign body sensation, dysphagia (solid and liquid) for a few months.

Elongated styloid process with ossification of the stylohyoid ligament bilaterally reaching the level of hyoid bone. 

Case Discussion

Calcification of the stylohyoid ligament is common but often asymptomatic. Eagle syndrome occurs when there are appropriate symptoms in the context of stylohyoid ligament.
