Coronal STIR

There is 4 mm of negative ulnar variance with patchy, ill-defined areas fluid signal (high STIR, low T1) within the lunate.
Case Discussion
The signal changes within the lunate and presence of negative ulnar variance are classic for Kienbock disease, which in this case is in the early stages without evidence of collapse or other associated changes.
