Case Discussion

Incidence of main pulmonary artery aneurysms in about 1:13,700

Segmental arterial ectasia is very rare

Pulmonary ectasia is known in Marfan’s syndrome, severe valvular stenosis,  infectious vasculitis and idIopathic.
