Case Discussion

Incidence of main pulmonary artery aneurysms in about 1 in 13,700.

Segmental arterial ectasia is very rare.

Pulmonary ectasia is known in Marfan syndrome, severe valvular stenosis,  infectious vasculitis and idIopathic.
