Presentation

MRI and CT scan during diagnostic work up. There are no specific complaints.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

Lobulated tissue mass in the mesentery of the proximal jejunum. It has the same density and enhancing as in normal pancreatic tissue.

Abdominal MR examination shows lobulated tissue mass in the mesentery of the proximal jejunum with a central duct and with similar MR features to the orthotopic pancreas.
