Normal right ovary. There is a right adenexal ring with hypervascularity.
The endometrial cavity was empty.
Left ovary and left adnexa were normal ( images not uploaded ).

High serum beta hcG was noted after 1st USG. FU 2 wks later.
There is a right adnexal tubular structure with internal echoes - Hematosalpinx.
There is small amount of free fluid with echoes in the right adenexa - Hemoperitoneum.
The endometrial cavity is empty. Both ovaries are normal.
Case Discussion
Serial ultrasound show progression of ectopic pregnency from tubal gastational sac to tubal hemorrhage.
Surgery revealed right hematosalpinx.
