The right ovary is located in lower abdomen, in right iliac fossa region, opposite L5-S1 level, abutting proximal ascending colon, within average size and multiple follicles.
The caecum is reached deep in mid pelvis.
The left ovary is not seen.
The uterus is tilted left laterally.

Ectopic right ovary in right iliac fossa region, left tilted uterus or unicornuate uterus, with absent right kidney.
