A hyperdense structure (2000 HU) in the superior posterior wall of the left maxillary sinus, with hypodense in the center, suggestive of an ectopic tooth in the maxillary sinus.
Case Discussion
An ectopic tooth in the maxillary sinus area. Different diagnostics are post-sinusitis calcification or an osteoma.
