Deformed hands and feet since birth.

Patient Data

Age: 1 month
Gender: Female
x-ray

Median clefts of the hands and feet, with variable degrees of aplasia/hypoplasia of the phalanges, metacarpals and metatarsals.

Syndactyly of both hands (bony syndactyly on the left metacarpal bones), and both feet.

Normal both upper and lower limbs (humerus, radius, ulna, femur, tibia and fibula).
