Median cleft of the left foot showing:

  • absent little toe

  • severely hypoplastic 4th metatarsal bone

  • syndactyly of the 1st and the 2nd toes

  • hypoplasia of the distal phalanges

  • normal tarsal bones, lower tibia and fibula

No bony or articular abnormality detected of the right foot

Left foot ectrodactyly.

Ectrodactyly (also known as a split hand-split foot malformation, cleft hand or lobster claw hand) is a skeletal anomaly predominantly affecting the hands (although the feet can also be affected). The condition has a highly variable severity.
