Presentation

Hands and feet deformities.

Patient Data

Age: 2 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Right hand:

  • bifid distal phalanx of the 1st digit

  • syndactyly with fusion of the soft tissues of the 3rd and 4th rays.

Left hand:

  • syndactyly with fusion of the distal phalanx as well as soft tissues of the 3rd and 4th rays

  • bifid distal phalanx of the 1st digit

  • bifid proximal phalanx of the 2nd digit

Right foot:

  • bifid 2nd metatarsal head with absence of proximal, middle and distal phalanx

  • absence of the middle and distal phalanx of the 3rd digit

Left foot:

  • hypoplasia of the distal phalanx of the 2nd and 3rd digit

  • soft tissues fusion of the 4th and 5th digit
