Right hand:
bifid distal phalanx of the 1st digit
syndactyly with fusion of the soft tissues of the 3rd and 4th rays.
Left hand:
syndactyly with fusion of the distal phalanx as well as soft tissues of the 3rd and 4th rays
bifid distal phalanx of the 1st digit
bifid proximal phalanx of the 2nd digit
Right foot:
bifid 2nd metatarsal head with absence of proximal, middle and distal phalanx
absence of the middle and distal phalanx of the 3rd digit
Left foot:
hypoplasia of the distal phalanx of the 2nd and 3rd digit
soft tissues fusion of the 4th and 5th digit
