Bilateral poorly circumscribed heterogeneous soft-tissue attenuation (density about 52 HU) seen in an infrascapular region deep to the serratus anterior and latissimus dorsi without significant enhancement or calcification.
Case Discussion
Elastofibroma dorsi (ED) is a benign, slow-growing fibroelastic tumor and the patient always came with back pain and discomfort.
CT findings are typical in location between serratus anterior and lattisimus dorsi muscle.
