There are poorly defined soft-tissue masses with attenuation similar to that of the adjacent skeletal muscle located in the subscapular region, bilaterally.
Case Discussion
Features on CT scan are typical for elastofibroma dorsi which is a benign soft-tissue tumor with a characteristic location and imaging appearance. It is more frequently seen in older women.
